Job Title: IT Analyst

Job Duties: To work in Duluth, Georgia and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.  Design, develop, implement, maintain, and support business software applications or specialized utility programs, including database and web-based applications, and major enhancements of existing systems.  Fine-tune and improve a variety of sophisticated software implementation projects.  Update and maintain metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) around diverse suppliers and their utilization throughout strategic sourcing activities, outreach conferences/tradeshows, group communications, and training.  Support Program and Business Development Managers throughout collaborative projects with the strategic spend management team and assigned business function accounts.  This includes the identification of diverse suppliers across various business functions, analysis of diverse vendors by commodity, and certification of potential vendors within the comprehensive vendor management portal.  Maintain Global Supplier Diversity database repositories to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the data.  Analyze database requirements for future tools and applications.  Create technical documents such as work flow diagrams, use case diagrams, system specifications, and other technical requirements, including technical training presentations and charts.  Involved in the development of metrics, reporting, presentations, and web-content management.  Travel and/or relocation required.  Use of Essbase, SQL Server, Access, Dreamweaver, ASP, Java, Ajax, DHTML, JavaScript, XML, JSP, PERL, Flash, and SQL.

Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, or a related field.  Plus 3 years in the job offered or 3 years in a related occupation including Database Support Analyst or related experience.  Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience as per the requirements cited herein.  40hrs/week, 8:00AM – 5:00PM.
